About the ESP

On May 29, 2014, Duke Energy Ohio filed an application for approval of an ESP. The application included a proposal for a CBP to procure supply for SSO customers. On April 2, 2015, the PUCO issued its initial Opinion and Order, approving an ESP for Duke Energy Ohio for the period from June 1, 2015, to May 31, 2018.
